Golf has gained popularity around the world. In Panama, you can enjoy this exclusive sport on beautiful courses located near the city, the beach, or the mountains. There’s impressive variety—about 3.4 courses for every million inhabitants.
The sport can be played year-round. Even during the rainy season, there are courses in the so-called “Dry Arch,” just an hour and a half from the city, that receive significantly less rainfall.
Panama also offers 13 golf courses designed by renowned international architects. Nine of these courses feature 18 holes, and four have 9 holes. There is even a nighttime course for a completely different experience.
